Abstract

Tobias acts as Legal Business Partner for the company’s CIO, CTO, Chief Data Officer (CDO) as well as the Head of Communication. With his team, he is responsible for all matters of IT law, IP law, as well as data privacy, cybersecurity and other IT regulatory compliance worldwide. In addition, as part of the Legal Tech Practice Group, he drives Siemens Energy’s legal tech initiatives. In this role, he implemented different solutions around contract and matter management, as well as contract automation.
